Pure Win Review
As mentioned above, Sweetspot NV is licensed in Curacao. Whilst not our favourite license, it does the job and means that Pure Win can legally offer their portfolio of games and sportsbook to an international audience. Players at Pure Win should know, however, that they cannot rely on the Curacao gambling jurisdiction to resolve problems with the operator should they have any. Unfortunately, Curacao eGaming is rather passive here.
This also means that we must judge Pure Win based on its own merits and thus far, we have not heard of major problems with them. Not all customers are always happy here, but the lack of significant complaints is indeed a good sign.
Reviewers generally seem to like Pure Win, where fast payouts are guaranteed and the necessary security measures are taken, which includes the KYC process all customers must go through.
We don’t expect that Pure Win will obtain a European gambling license as they primarily cater to Asian customers, but we will continue to keep an eye on them and make note if we hear about any dodgy behaviour on their part.
Given that Pure Win is still quite new, they still have to prove themselves. Though, in our experience, truly rogue bookmakers and online casinos disappear as quickly as they have popped up, which is not the case here.
Cricket betting and other sports
It is important to note that the sportsbook is a very recent addition to Pure Win, so we don’t expect it to be perfect. As an Indian cricket betting site, Pure Win has a strong focus on cricket betting, which takes prime position in the sportsbook.
At the time of our review, we found odds for the following events:
- Indian Premier League
- Bengal T20 Challenge
- County Championship, Division 1
- Big Bash League
- World Cup
- Twenty T20 World Cup
- The Ashes
- ODI Series England Vs New Zealand, Women
- Rachael Heyhoe Flint Trophy
That is quite impressive, though depending on the event, only odds for Match Winner were available at the time. Things looked far better for current and upcoming events, though smaller leagues had fewer markets than bigger leagues. As such, IPL matches come with odds for dozens of markets to bet on, whilst Bengal T20 matches only had a handful pre-match betting options.
On the other hand, live betting markets changed things up once more, opening up further opportunities for punters.
When you are in the sportsbook, a link for live streaming appears, though clicking on it didn’t take us anywhere. We’re unsure whether it simply wasn’t active yet or might only work once you’re logged into your account. It would be great if live streaming was indeed a feature available at Pure Win.
Cricket betting aside, punters at Pure Win can also bet on football, tennis, popular American sports and a wide selection of esports. Whilst we don’t get the most comprehensive sportsbook here, it is certainly good enough considering how new it still is.
The odds we checked appeared to be competitive, but don’t expect them to outshine the competition. A new bookmaker simply cannot afford that and is likely to apply somewhat higher margins than more established sportsbook. But Pure Win can hold its own and is certainly worth checking out.
Games and more
Given that Pure Win was originally purely a casino, they offer excellent casino gaming with games from an impressive selection of casino game developers. Some of them are Play’n GO, Quickspin, Thunderkick, Yggdrasil, NetEnt, Push Gaming, Microgaming, Wazdan, Kalamba, Big Time Gaming and a few others.
They boast over 1,500 slots, dozens of table games and plenty of live casino games, which are supplied by Evolution Gaming and Pragmatic Play.
You’ll be able to enjoy Teen Patti, Andar Bahar and plenty of other popular live casino games. Anyone who enjoys live dealer games will find a great range of options here.
Promotions and bonuses
Since we last looked at Pure Win (when it was still Pure Casino), the site was missing a dedicated page for bonuses and promotions. This has now changed, though they don’t offer significantly more here than they have in the past, when customers were able to grab a welcome offer and a weekly reload.
The new addition is a sports welcome offer, which is of particular interest to us. Here new customers get a match bonus on their first deposit of up to INR 10,000 in free bets. Plus, an INR 1,000 live casino free bet is added on top of that and a 50% deposit bonus of up to INR 50,000. That’s quite the offer and definitely worth checking out.
The maximum sports bonus is INR 10,000 and must be wagered 1 time on odds of 1.5 or higher on singles or multiples. The offer is available for 7 days.
The live casino free bet is valid on specific games and must be used within 5 days. It needs to be wagered 35x and the maximum withdrawable win is INR 8,500.
On the second and third deposit, the 50% match deposit bonus will be available.
The casino welcome offer consists of a deposit bonus of up to INR 90,000, a INR 1,500 live casino free bet and a INR 500 sports free bet.
The terms and conditions are detailed, and you must read them carefully before claiming either bonus. The bonus conditions are a little unusual but not unfair.
At the time of our review, the only other available promotion was an exclusive Indian Cricket League tournament, which offered quite an interesting range of prizes.
But that is all of it right now, which means not even the weekly reload bonus is currently available and no other promotions either. We are hoping to see more here in the future.
When you visit the FAQs, you will find a range of topics in the secondary menu. One of those is dedicated to ‘Payments’. Here a few important questions about deposits and withdrawals are answered, though it is not quite a comprehensive list of all banking methods available.
Still, it is better than what Pure Win had to offer when it was still Pure Casino, and we appreciate the effort. Plus, on the homepage, various logos for many other payment methods are also displayed, providing a good overview of what is available.
- ICICI Bank
- Axis Bank
- Cryptocurrencies (Bitcoin, Ethereum)
- Bank transfer
This is comprehensive and should offer convenient options for just about any Indian punter.
The FAQs also cover topics such as minimum deposits and withdrawals, transaction times, processing times and fees. On top of that, the terms and conditions also include the maximum monthly withdrawal limit of INR 1,400,000.
Overall, the information you can find on the Pure Win website regarding payments is far better than what it used to be and just about covers all the bases.
The customer service at Pure Win is available via WhatsApp, live chat and email. But there is the help section, which does cover a wide variety of topics and is a good place to browser beforehand. It is not quite clear when the customer service is available. In the past, the team was available between 09:00 and 24:00 CET, which is somewhat limited, but still okay for customers in India.
What we really like is the fact that the customer support is available not just in English but also Hindi, Kannada, Bengali and Telugu. The language settings of the website can be changed accordingly, and you can chat in your language as well.
From what we have heard, the customer service is pleasant to deal with and does a good job in trying to find a solution to whatever problem you may have.
At Pure Win we get a modern, easy-to-use and functional sportsbook and online casino. The layout is classic, navigation is intuitive, and the UI is simply quite pleasant. Whether you are a newbie punter or an experienced bettor, you will have no difficulties finding your way around this sportsbook and placing bets is also easy enough.
Conveniently, you can close your bet slip when you’re not using it, but it is always within reach.
And the casino is also well-organised, with games sorted in helpful categories so you don’t have to search extensively.
As mentioned above, the website is available in several Indian languages, as well as quite a few other Asian languages.
The mobile page is also great, fully functional and the sportsbook is also easy to use via mobile devices.
Separate apps for iOS or Android are not available, but also not really necessary.
Our only gripe is that games can be a little slow loading, though this may well depend on the quality of your internet as well.
When we first looked at Pure Casino, we really enjoyed the experience as the casino is great, the website is well-designed and Indian customers are very welcome here. None of that has changed now that this is Pure Win. In fact, not only do we get the new addition of a solid sportsbook, but several complaints we had in the past were also solved.
There is now a separate promotions page, more information about banking and thus far the operator has held up in terms of trustworthiness.
Whilst Pure Win is a smaller bookmaker, they are certainly worth checking out as a cricket betting site and with an interesting choice of two welcome offers, you can’t really go wrong here.
There is still room for growth, of course, but given some times, Pure Win is likely going to go on strong, improving further as it has already proven capable of doing.
