None of the batters from the Morrisville Samp Army could score more than 15 runs during the Samp Army innings as the innings slumped to 81 for 9 from their quota of 10 overs. Dwaine Pretorius was the top scorer with 15 runs for the Morrisville side. While defending their small total against a powerful batting unit of New York Strikers was no mean task for the Morrisville Samp Army bowling attack. But, in the end, the New York Strikers side managed to chase down this target easily even though they lost 6 wickets in the process.
