Bangladesh
Bangladesh suffered yet another heavy defeat in this Tri-Series and we don't think its struggles have come to an end just yet. 160 is the highest score that Bangladesh has scored so far in the series but it still ended up losing by 48 runs. That is a huge margin of defeat in T20 cricket.
Shakib Al Hasan was the only player that got some runs, an impressive 70 off 44 balls, but no other batter was able to do anything of note. The lack of power in the Bangladesh lineup is really showing up on these big grounds. There have been multiple changes to the batting order but we don't think Bangladesh is any closer to finding out what its best lineup is.
That is not a good place to be in going up against Pakistan, a team that can be relied upon to bowl well in most matches.
Perhaps one of the things that Bangladesh will take as a positive is that it managed to keep the Pakistani batters quiet when it played them last. Taskin Ahmed and Shakib Al Hasan are the two bowlers that could possibly cause some nervousness in the Pakistani camp.
We do think Bangladesh's bowling is better than most people expect but it is still not good enough to overcome the weaknesses of its batting lineup.

Pakistan will be keen to find some new answers to its T20 problems. Here is the thing. Pakistan has done quite well if you look at its results. The problem is that most of its success has been down to two players: Mohammad Rizwan and Babar Azam.
Both those players form the best opening pair in the world right now. Pakistan also has an enviable depth in bowling options and some of its all-rounders are probably being underutilized.
The issue has been power-hitting and finding reliable middle-order batters to pick up the slack when Pakistan does lose a few early wickets. That is where Pakistan has struggled. Not a single six was hit in the previous match by Pakistan.
Also, Shaheen Shah Afridi is not available for selection just yet but is close to making a comeback. Without him, the early wickets have been harder to come by. Still, Mohammad Wasim Jr, Haris Rauf, Shadab Khan, and Mohammad Nawaz all help form a world-class bowling lineup.
Pakistan should be able to boss this game but it could find itself struggling if Babar and Rizwan have an off day.
