In its next game against Pakistan, Zimbabwe pulled up one of the biggest upsets in its recent history, beating Pakistan by 1 run in a thrilling encounter.
Sikandar Raza was once again in the thick of the action, picking up 3 important wickets. He has put up an all-round performance in this tournament, scoring 145 runs and picking up 8 wickets so far. Chakabva, who was pushed down the order, has failed to make a mark, while Madhvere and Craig Ervine have scored important runs at the top of the order.
Zimbabwe defended a modest total of 130 in the match against Pakistan due to a disciplined bowling effort.
