Bengaluru Blasters

The last season was nothing short of a roller-coaster ride as they finished at the top half of the table despite a relatively poor start to the competition. The eventually finished with five wins to their name from a total of six matches.

Despite having such a prolific run in the tournament, they could not take the momentum forward as they lost the most important match - the finale of the tournament.

The Blasters do not have many changes as compared to their last season's team, but the absence of Robin Uthappa is certainly going to hurt them. On the other hand, Rohan Kadam is coming off a spectacular run in Syed Mushtaq Ali Trophy, India's domestic T20 competition, wherein he scored a total of 536 runs in just twelve innings.

All in all, they have a pretty good batting lineup at their disposal which is backed up by a nice bowling attack. They performed really well last year and if their players can perform the same this year, the Blasters certainly have the potential to go all the way.

Mysuru Warriors

Mysuru Blasters didn't do as well as Bengaluru Blasters last year but somehow crawled their way into the top-four where they were defeated by high-flying Bangalore Blasters. They'll be looking to get off to a solid start with this tournament not being too long and the importance of every match being massive.

Led by Jagadeesha Suchith, Mysuru Blasters have a reasonably good side with the presence of robust all-rounders in the middle. Aniruddha Joshi and Amit Verma will be crucial to their fortunes if they have to topple the potent Blasters side in the opening encounter.

Overall, they have a good side, but the lack of experience at the top hurt them in case of crunch situations. Jagadeesh Suchith has been excellent in the build-up to the tournament, and if he can deliver something brilliant along with ample support from the rest of their players, they'll undoubtedly give Blasters a run for their money.
