It was a clinical performance from their batters and bowlers. During the 19-run victory, the players silenced several critics who never expected them to beat the rampaging Rangpur Riders. However, the captain will not be happy with just this win and will be keen to add one more to the kitty that will give them the coveted trophy for the season and their first title.

The top of the order for Sylhet Strikers is in the hands of Towhid Hridoy and Najmul Hossain Shanto. These two batters opened the Sylhet innings in their last match and did a great job for their team. A similar beginning will place the team in a good position in this match. Mortaza is also doing a terrific job at the number 3 position. He will be looking to develop partnerships with Mushfiqur Rahim and Zakir Hasan. The middle order for the team will be solidified with the inclusion of Thisara Perera and George Linde in the line-up.
