It is all happening in the Abu Dhabi T10 League. Bangla Tigers scripted history in the most recent match as they pummeled Chennai Braves by nine wickets in just a little over four overs. With their win, the race to the top is once again left wide open and the upcoming matches are going to be exceedingly exciting.
In a bid to maintain their supremacy at the top, Team Abu Dhabi are set to take on Delhi Bulls in the upcoming match of the tournament. Both sides have done reasonably well up until now and this should make up for a cracking contest between the two sides. The 13th match of the Abu Dhabi T10 League is to be played on 24th November 2021 at Sheikh Zayed International Cricket Stadium, Abu Dhabi.
Just like Team Abu Dhabi, Delhi Bulls have been in splendid form in the tournament so far and would want to build on to their form. The only difference between them and Team Abu Dhabi on the basis of performance is that they have lost one match out of four. With that, they are placed at the third spot on the points table with a net run rate of 0.314.
Before their last match, Delhi Bulls were having a terrific run in the tournament, but they lost their previous match by a comprehensive margin. Up until then, their bowlers had been doing a decent job until they met the Gladiators, who chased the total set by the Bulls in just 7.2 overs. Batting first, Delhi Bulls managed to score a total of just 112, which just wasn't enough to put any pressure whatsoever on the Gladiators. Eventually the match turned out to be one-way traffic.
On paper, Delhi Bulls have a terrific side loaded with few of the best white-ball batsmen in the business. The likes of Rahmanullah Gurbaaz, Rilee Rossouw, and Sherfane Rutherford have been in terrific touch and will be difficult to stop. However, their batting lineup does look a little fragile and we saw a proof of that in the last match as they folded without even putting a par score on the board.
All in all, the Bulls have a terrific side, but would need to be wary of their vulnerabilities. If they can get their batting right, they should be able to keep a check on the pace that Team Abu Dhabi is going with.
Rahmanullah Gurbaz, Luke Wright, Rilee Rossouw, Eoin Morgan, Mohammad Hafeez, Dwayne Bravo, Shiraz Ahmed, Ravi Rampaul, Dominic Drakes, Fazalhaq Farooqi, Romario Shepherd.
Team Abu Dhabi have undoubtedly been the best side of the tournament thus far and their position on the points table reflects that. Also, they are coming off a fantastic win in their previous match and should be brimming with confidence. As it currently stands, Team Abu Dhabi are placed at the top of the points table with eight points to their name and a terrific net run rate of 1.917. Not only that, all of their four wins have been clinical, which inspires a lot of confidence.
In their previous match, Team Abu Dhabi chased down a mammoth total of 132 with considerable ease as Paul Stirling and Phil Salt played fantastic knocks to get them off to a solid start. On the bowling front, however, they were not as good as they have been in the tournament and would want to bounce back.
On paper, they have a set of batsmen who are as devastating as any. We saw in the last match what they are capable of going by their form and reputation, handling those batsmen is not going to be easy. Apart from Salt and Stirling, they have Liam Livingstone available in the middle order as well. Also, they bat deep with Danny Briggs available to bat at eight, which allows them to go slam, bang, and wallop right from the word go.
Keeping everything into consideration, Team Abu Dhabi would have to do very wrong to not to qualify from here. They are in top-notch form and have an immaculately balanced side that can defeat any side on their day. If they do not mess up their plans or do not get complacent on the match day, getting past them is going to be very difficult.
Philip Salt, Chris Gayle, PR Stirling, Colin Ingram, Liam Livingstone, Jamie Overton, Marchant de Lange, FH Edwards, Danny Briggs, Naveen-ul-Haq, Muhammad Farooq.

This is a direct shootout for the top-spot and the winner of this match will certainly be better placed to finish at the top of the ladder. Both sides have been in incredible touch thus far and should produce a cracker of a contest. Considering the form of the two sides and their respective team combinations on paper, betting on a Team Abu Dhabi win should be the way to go here.
