DDS vs CVS Team Previews
Dhaka Dynamites
At one stage, the Dynamites were looking truly invincible and certain to qualify for the playoffs. Make no mistakes, they still are in a good position to make it to the playoffs but have lost the supremacy they once enjoyed, and have the mathematical possibility of missing out on the playoffs. A win, however, should be enough to take them through and that is what they'll be looking for in their upcoming game.
It was a tricky surface to score at Dhaka and on top of that, Dhaka got off to a worst possible start as they lost Rony Talukdar on only the third ball of the innings. Sunil Narine's quick blitz soon came to an end with team's total standing at 27. Heino Kuhn and Shakib al Hasan revived their innings but consumed too many balls in the process. Hadn't it been Shuvagata Hom's quick cameo towards the end, the Dynamites would have struggled to reach 130. However, a couple of the twenties by Nurul Hasan and Shuvagata Hom propelled them to 139.
Cameron Delport got Chittagong Vikings off to a flying start which kept Dynamites out of the game until they picked a couple of wickets in a bunch. Shakib Al Hasan, with his accurate and disciplined bowling, stole the show and almost single-handedly took their side to the brink of a win with 16 to defend off the final over. A single was conceded off the first delivery and with 15 needed off 5 deliveries, Robbie Frylinck smashed Mohor Sheikh for 20 runs in an over as Dhaka lost the match by 3 wickets.

SP Narine, Hazratullah Zazai, R Talukdar, Shakib Al Hasan, Darwish Rasooli, Nurul Hasan, Andre Russell, Shuvagata Hom, Mohammad Naim, Mohor Sheikh, Rubel Hossain.
Comilla Victorians
Victorians' problems to contain in the death overs were apparent once again as they failed to restrict Rajshahi Kings to a modest total despite having them on the mat with 28 for 3.
Opting to the ball first after winning the toss, the Victorians had a dream start as Mahedi Hasan and Liam Dawson wreaked havoc on Kings' top-order. The duo got rid of Shahriar Nafees, Mehidy Hasan, and Marshal Ayub in just over six overs with not many on the board. However, some inaccurate and indisciplined bowling by Wahab Riaz and Thisara Perera let Rajshahi Kings off the hook as the Kings managed to score a whopping total of 176.
Imrul Kayes' decisions as a captain were rather ordinary as he failed to be proactively set the fields and rotate the bowlers when Laurie Evans and Ryan ten Doeschate were smashing bowlers around. The Victorians got off to a decent start with brief cameos from Tamim Iqbal and Anamul Haque. With a deep batting lineup, the Victorians were well and truly in chase midway through their innings as their power-hitters were yet to come. Overall, they played spin pretty well in the game but failed miserably in hitting the pacers. Victorians lost their eight wickets for 33 runs off the pace bowlers and they'll have to wary of their vulnerability in the upcoming game.
Comilla Victorians Playing 11
Tamim Iqbal, Anamul Haque, Shamsur Rahman, Ziaur Rahman, Imrul Kayes, LA Dawson, Thisara Perera, SMSK Afridi, Mohammad Saifuddin, Wahab Riaz, Mahedi Hasan.
DDS vs CVS Betting Tips
The two teams haven't yet met in the tournament and are in close vicinity of each other on the ladder. A win for Comilla will take on on par with the Dynamites, as far as the points are concerned. A loss, however, will make their road to playoffs a little tricky. The Dynamites, on the other hand, are placed comfortably at the toss, but two losses in their last three matches have raised doubts over their form and balance. With their top-order not firing, they appear to be a little too over-reliant on Andre Russell and Shakib al Hasan. Comilla Victorians, on the other hand, have a nice amalgamation of specialists and all-rounders which makes them better placed to win the upcoming fixture against the Dynamites.
