Sylhet Sixers have started their tournament on a positive note, having won 3 out of 4 games till now; they have 6 points in their kitty and stand first on the table. The Sixers will take on Dhaka Dynamites in the 10th match of the series at Dhaka on 11th November. The two teams have met each other in the opening match, and the Sixers won the contest by 9 wickets; they will be eager to repeat the winning performance here. Dynamites, on the other hand have 2 points in their bag after their big win against ruling champions Titans by 65 runs; they are a strong unit and will put up a tough fight on Saturday.
The top-order batsmen did a commendable job against Titans with players like Evin Lewis and Cameron Delport posting 60+ runs each. Opener Kumar Sangakkara could muster only 20 runs but in the end the Dynamites posted 202 runs batting first. Fast-bowler Abu Hider Rony did well as he registered 3-13 while all-rounder Shakib-Al-Hasan dismissed 2 opponents.
Spinner Sunil Narine took 2-32 while medium-pacer Khaled Ahmed claimed 2 wickets to restrict the Titans and win the match by 65 runs. The bowling unit also has speedsters like Mohammad Shahid and Kieron Pollard, who add depth to the attack.

Openers Upul Tharanga and Andre Fletcher built a 100-run partnership with Tharanga scoring a well-made 50. Danushka Gunathilaka posted 42 off 22 while Ross Whiteley scored 25 off 12 to get them to 205. Fast-bowlers Abul Hasan and Liam Plunkett claimed 3 wickets each to help win the match by 33 runs.
Against Dhaka Dynamites in the earlier game, spinner and captain Nasir Hossain took 2-21 while speedsters Abul Hasan and Liam Plunkett dismissed 2 opponents each to restrict them to 136. Andre Fletcher and Upul Tharanga then came out smashing sixes and fours to post 60+ runs each and take the team to a fine victory by 9 wickets.
However, against Titans the batting line-up choked and could muster only 135 runs despite a heroic 47 off 35 by Nasir Hossain. Spinner Taijul Islam put up a superb show as he took 3-19 and stifled the opponents; however, with not much to defend, the other bowlers failed to contain the run-flow and they lost the match by 6 wickets. Overall, they are a strong unit and can prove to be a tough nut to crack here.
Sylhet Sixers have won against Dhaka Dynamites before and hence have the psychological advantage; however, going by their recent form, the Dynamites can pack a punch with bat and ball and look better placed to emerge victorious on Saturday
