India
India bowled very well in the match against Pakistan but its bowling looked a bit short on ideas against Hong Kong. Not having Hardik Pandya was a massive blow but he is expected to be back for this match. India is also going to be without Ravindra Jadeja for this match since he has been ruled out of the tournament with an injury.
India could replace him with Axar Patel, a like-for-like replacement that will weaken India's batting somewhat. Or, they could bring in someone like Deepak Hooda that will strengthen the batting but just weaken the bowling a bit.
Expect one or two selection surprises from India for this match.
India's bowling is a worry and a lot will depend on how Bhuvaneshwar Kumar starts. Avesh Khan and Arshdeep Singh have been a bit lackluster so far. Yuzvendra Chahal is dependable but he has not had the best Asia Cup so far either.

Pakistan demolished Hong Kong and easily made its way into the Super Four. Can it now get the better of India in this match? One of the problems for Pakistan has been the lack of intent its top order has shown. Mohammad Rizwan and Babar Azam are both very dependable in terms of run-scoring but their strike rate can make things difficult for the lower order.
Khushdil Shah, Asif Ali, and Iftikhar Ahmed can all strike the ball but they have yet to prove themselves against quality bowling at the international level.
Pakistan's bowling attack is quite dangerous even though Shaheen Afridi is not present. Haris Rauf, Naseem Shah, and Shahnawaz Dahani are not the best bowling lineup you will come across but they are certainly capable of causing an upset or two.
We think Mohammad Nawaz and Shadab Khan will be used at key intervals to try and get the better of the Indian batting.

The conditions are hot and difficult for the players. That is not going to change and will in fact test the fitness of the players. Pakistan's fast bowlers struggled against India in the first match with cramps and would want to guard against that.
We think the Dubai surface is one where a score of around 170 should be seen as par. It is by no means not chaseable.
