Contrary to what most would have expected, the unofficial tests between India A and New Zealand A both ended up in a draw each, setting up the third one as the one that is all to play for. Both sides will be fairly satisfied with the way they have done up until now and will want to win the only remaining match to claim the series.

The third and the final match of the series between India A and New Zealand A is to be played from 15th September 2022 at the M Chinnaswamy Stadium, Bangalore. Both these sides have their strengths and weaknesses and are well capable of holding their own. We expect this one to be a lot closer than the first two matches were. Certainly not the one to miss out watching.

India A were always the favorites to win here in this tournament but they certainly haven't played to their potential up until now. While one could blame the conditions, especially in the first match, it is indeed true that the Indians have lacked the sharpness with the ball. With the bat, however, they have been pretty good and will be looking forward to go all the way in the third match.

On paper, India A have all their bases covered, with talent as well as the experience available in both the departments. Their batting has done an excellent job up until now and if their bowlers are able to complement that in this upcoming match, getting past them could prove to be a rather difficult task.

Though New Zealand A had several experienced players available at their disposal coming into the series, there were a lot of question marks surrounding their capability to play spin. They have proven their capability by batting long and hard, which is exactly what will be required yet again. If they are able to play to their potential here, India A will certainly have their work cut out.
