Up next in the tournament are Rajasthan Royals set to take on Lucknow Super Giants in what is a match of immense significance for both sides with respect to the qualification scenarios. Although, Lucknow Super Giants already have a foot in the playoffs, they can still not afford any slipups. The Royals, on the other hand, need to win this one to not leave it till the very end as far as a qualification spot is concerned. The winner of this match will also become the frontrunner to occupy the second of the top two slots.
The match between RR and LSG is to be played at the CCI Brabourne Stadium, Mumbai on 15th May 2022. Expect this to be yet another cracker of a contest in IPL 2022.

Lucknow Super Giants
Lucknow Super Giants have been one of the best sides of the tournament so far and their position on the points table reflects that too. At the moment, they are very comfortably placed at the second spot and unless they lose both their matches by big margins collectively, they should be able to get into the next round. Having said that, they would be targeting a top-two finish and a win in this upcoming match would certainly help.
The Super Giants have so far won eight out of twelve completed matches, totalling to 16 points. They have a terrific net run rate of 0.385 to go along with their points and that could be a crucial factor in deciding their final spot on the ladder, regardless of how they do in this upcoming match.

Rajasthan Royals
Having somewhat lost the plot in the second half of the season, the Royals will be really disappointed with the position they are in at the moment. However, they have no one but themselves to blame. They have done too many experiments to have a stable core and that has hurt them big time in the last few matches. They would be hoping that their experiments reap results in the matches that now matter the most because if they do not, it would prove to be a dreadful second half of the competition for the Royals.
As it currently stands , Rajasthan Royals pretty much have their fate in their own hands. They are placed third on the ladder and if they are able to win this upcoming match with a big enough margin, they would move to the second spot. A loss here, however, would make things very interesting not only for them but also for the other sides in contention for a playoff spot. The Royals at the moment have 14 points to their name from 12 games.
The major problem for the Royals recently has been their batting in the slog overs and that had further aggravated when Shimron Hetmyer left for home. He is still not back and the Royals will have to find someone to do that job the Hetmyer was doing so well, to provide the side with a flourishing finish. They have the likes of Riyan Parag and Rassie van der Dussen to do that job, but they have been too inconsistent so far.
With everything else working fine, all the Royals need to do is to find more contribution from their middle-order players. If they can do that against the Super Giants in this upcoming match, there's no reason why they won't be able to pull off yet another win over them.

This is an important game and the runs on the board will matter. Also, we have started to see teams defending well already and both sides will be wary of that. Although the dew will have an impact, the surface will get slower with the passage of play. Considering that and the other factors, the captain winning the toss is expected to bat first.

Pitch and Conditions
Even though we have started seeing some low scoring matches, this venue has generally been high-scoring. We expect this ground to be a belter of a surface and even the tall totals are chaseable. However, given this is a high-pressure game, chasing might not be easy. Also, as has been the case in the last few matches, the dew might not have as much of an impact. Considering that the team batting first would want to put a total of at least 190 runs on the board.

LSG vs RR Betting Tips
Both these sides are coming off losses in their respective last fixtures and bouncing back to the winning ways would be the first thing on their minds. While Lucknow Super Giants have done better than Royals in the competition so far, they have also imploded more often. Also, they failed to prevail over the Royals in the last meeting between the two sides and that would be in the minds of both sides. There's not much to choose between the sides on paper, though. Considering all that and the factors stated above, we would be placing our bets on the Royals win and so should you.

Jos Buttler started off the tournament in a spectacular manner but has been a bit quiet in the last few matches. He is someone who enjoys pace on the ball and Lucknow Super Giants offer plenty of it. Considering that and the form he is in, he is the prime candidate to score well, at least in powerplay. Bet on Buttler to be the best batsman of the day for the Royals.
Just like Buttler, Rahul is someone who enjoys playing long once set. He missed out the last time against the same team and will be itching to score well. Given the ability that he has to hit all kinds of bowlers, a bet on KL Rahul to be the best batsman from Lucknow's camp seems to be a pretty lucrative proposition.
