Mumbai

Mumbai won the previous match against Andhra Pradesh quite comfortably. Its bowlers did very well in both innings to make things very easy for the Mumbai batters. Tanush Kotian, Shams Mjulane, Tushar Deshpande, and Mohit Avasthi all picked up wickets regularly. 

The bowlers were also able to keep a very tight lid on things that prevented the opposition from getting away. 

Just one look at the Mumbai batting lineup will show you how strong it is and why Mumbai is always a contender. Prithvi Shaw, Yashasvi Jaiswal, Armaan Jaffer, Safrafaz Khan, and Ajinkya Rahane form what is easily one of the strongest (if not the strongest) batting lineups this season. 

Any one of these players can score a century and it is likely that more than one will! Mumbai's batting lineup is its biggest strength you should look to back it whenever you get a good opportunity to do so. 

Hyderabad

Hyderabad did not play well in its previous match but still got enough runs to just avoid a defeat. Tanmay Agarwal scored 135 and Mickil Jaiswal got 137 down the order helping the team get to 385 in the first inning. That meant they had taken enough time out of the match that losing the match would be difficult. 

This is why even though Hyderabad's bowling was poor and gave up over 600 runs in the match while picking up just 5 wickets, they still escaped with a draw. 

Against Mumbai, they may not be that lucky. The lack of wicket-taking ability is going to be even more exposed against the strong Mumbai batting lineup. Ankieth Reddy, Kartikeya Kak, and T Thyagarajan are not bowlers that we can see treating through a strong opposition batting lineup like Mumbai. 

Once again, if Hyderabad has to escape with a Draw, its batting will have to be at its best. With weather unlikely to be a factor in Mumbai, avoiding defeat is going to be very tough.
