MI Cape Town

MI Cape Town has struggled with batting in SA 20 2023 so far. Dewald Brevis has cooled off after a strong start and Ryan Rickelton has not been consistent either. Grant Roelofsen got some runs in the previous match and Rassie van der Dussen also played well but neither of them looked very fluent. 

It will take a concerted effort from the likes of Sam Curran, Odean Smith, and George Linde to add the necessary runs to help augment the batting. 

The bowling is obviously top notch with Kagiso Rabada, Jofra Archer, Rashid Khan, and Sam Curran in one lineup. We think MI Cape Town can be very dangerous if it can just get its batting sorted out.

Pretoria Capitals

The Pretoria Capitals did not have Phil Salt in their lineup in the previous match. With just over 24 hours between matches, there is a chance that he may not be available again. The team has a strong batting lineup but without Salt, a lot of the pressure will fall on Will Jacks. 

Kusal Mendia played in the previous match and we don't think he comes close to Phil Salt as a T20 player. 

Rilee Rossouw and Theunis de Bryne are not in the greatest of form either. 

Just like MI Emirates, the bowling lineup of Anrich Nortje, Senuram Muthusamy, Wayne Parnell, and Adil Rashid is top-notch. Ethan Bosch has also impressed in almost every match that he has played.
