Critchley is not doing his reputation any harm either thanks to the 22 run last over heist he engineered over Yorkshire. The Derbyshire batting unit looks infinitely more capable than just a few matches ago and that should be a warning to their upcoming opponents.
The design of this Derbyshire team was around its bowing, specifically the fast bowling. The team has 3-4 world class bowlers in its side for any match. Lockie Ferguson is leading the charge for Derbyshire with 12 wickets to his name at an economy rate of just 7.13.

The weather forecast for Nottinghamshire is excellent and we should get a full game in without any interruptions. The pitch at Trent Bridge is excellent for batting and it has some ridiculously small boundaries. Both sides have a decent batting lineup and there should be plenty of runs to be had.
