Nottinghamshire has already qualified for the T20 Blast playoffs and so there is no pressure on it to win in its final match of the T20 Blast 2019 group stage. Its opponent, Durham, has no chance of moving on to the next stage of the competition and so in a way, it has very little pressure to win as well.
There may not be too much at stake in this match but we are sure the players are not going to be taking it easy. Teams are building towards the upcoming T20 World Cup in 2020 and England's selectors are keen to get some new young players on the radar.
Nottinghamshire vs Durham T20 blast 2019 is going to be played at Trent Bridge, Nottingham on the 30th of August 2019.
An excellent season for Nottinghamshire so far has put it in second place going into this match. A win here could help it move to the first provided the margin of victory is big enough. The credit for this success has to go to the batting department of Nottinghamshire.
Alex Hales, Joe Clarke, Ben Duckett, Jake Libby, Tom Moores, Dan Christian, and Samit Patel form one of the deepest batting lineups in the entire T20 Blast. It is something that is going to be a big advantage for Nottinghamshire in this match and the T20 Blast playoffs.
We always look to the big match players to step up when the business end of the tournament turns up and that is why Alex Hales is our player to watch out for in the last few matches for Nottinghamshire.
He, Dan Christian, Samit Patel, and Ben Duckett are the best T20 players of the side. They all have enough experience of playing around the world to know what it takes to win. They are all going to be ramping up their game now that the knockouts are around the corner.
Harry Gurney, Luke Wood, and Matthew Carter form the heart of the bowling lineup alongside the two all-rounders.
There is plenty of depth in every aspect of Nottinghamshire cricket right now and it matches up very well against Durham.
Joe Clarke, AD Hales, Ben Duckett, Jake Libby, Tom Moores, DT Christian, SR Patel, SI Wasim, Luke Fletcher, Matthew Carter, Harry Gurney.
Darcy Short gave the Durham side a shot at winning with yet another fifty-plus score to continue his brilliant T20 Blast 2019. It is a shame that he has not had more support because Durham could well have been challenging for a place in the T20 Blast 2019 playoffs.
Darcy Short has had to score the bulk of the runs in most matches and is bowling very decently as well.
Peter Handscomb has not been able to have the impact his Aussie teammate has but it would be unfair to single him out. The entire batting order for Durham has struggled to get any sort of regular partnerships and is too dependent on Darcy Short.
Nathan Rimmington has led the bowling attack with some good support from Liam Trevaskis, Matty Potts, and Darcy Short.
The bowling lineup is pretty decent on paper but we don’t think are going to be able to keep a strong Nottinghamshire batting lineup in check on what is expected to be a flat batting track.
D'Arcy Short, Scott Steel, Harry Adair, Peter Handscomb, Graham Clark, Ben Raine, James Weighell, Gareth Harte, Liam Trevaskis, Matthew Potts, Nathan Rimmington.
The team that wins the toss is likely to want to field first considering how difficult it can be to defend totals at Trent Bridge

Nottinghamshire vs Durham T20 blast 2019 is going to be played at Trent Bridge, Nottingham on the 30th of August 2019. An excellent day for cricket has been forecast for match day. Sunny skies and not a cloud in sight should greet us all at the start of the match.
Trent Bridge is home to one of the best batting surfaces in the world. The small boundaries make it difficult to defend a total and there are plenty of big hits on offer.
Alex Hales has a very special relationship with Trent Bridge and loves scoring runs here. He is going to be leading a very strong batting order for Nottinghamshire who should have more than enough to overpower Durham in this match.
Bet on Nottinghamshire to win.
