Consistent batting has plagued the Stars for some time now, so it appears that the squad still needs to find a lineup that can score runs when the pressure is on. Bess Heath has shown some promise so far, but she’ll have to show a lot more nerve against the Scorchers.
Kim Garth is a bit of a wizard with the ball and had a very solid 2/21 (ER 5.25) against the Sixers. If Garth gets knocked around the park and fails to do much damage with her medium/fast bowling, then the Stars are in trouble.
