The Group C leg of ECN Czech Super Series T10 is expected to start with a bang with two high-profile matches set to mark the beginning of the day. The first two matches will not only set the tone for the day but will also give a fair bit of an idea of the conditions to the teams playing up next.
The third match of the group will be played between Prague Spartans Mobilizers and Budejovice Barracudas Cricket Club on Saturday, June 27th, at Scott Page Field, Vinor Cricket Ground in Prague. None of the two sides is known much in the Czech domestic circuit and the players of both sides will likely make their presence felt in this contest. We expect both teams to come hard at each other in what promises to be a cracking contest.
While Prague Spartans Cricket Club is a known name in Prague's domestic circuit, the Mobilizers are the second team of the club. They have some immensely talented players available at their disposal with many players capable to turn the match on its head in a matter of a couple of overs.
Spartan Mobilizers' batting rests heavily on the likes of Vaibhav Naukudkar and Ketan Pathak. The duo are likely to come in at the top of the order and setting the tone for the Spartans' innings will be their responsibility. Along with Ashutosh Arya, who will be Mobilizers' key man, they have a couple of experienced hard-hitting all-rounders in the middle-order, who both can clear the ropes right from the word go.
Despite the presence of nifty all-rounders, the Mobilizers appear to be a little light on paper. Their bowling seems over-reliant on Ishan Saraswat and Shanmugan Ravi and is prone to crumble under pressure. Their other bowlers will need to step-up deliver top-notch performances and if they are able to do that, the Mobilizers will be in the game big time.
Vaibhav Naukudkar, Ashutosh Arya, Mani Paduru, MD Shahadat Hossain Sagor, Arman Bhuiyan, Vignesh Manohar Kumar, Surya Chembrolu, Arun Konda, Suresh Babu Kuramboyina, Gokul Sai Namburi, Purvang Trambadia.
Budejovice Barracudas Cricket Club is one of the newer cricket clubs in Czech Republic, but despite that, they have managed to rope in a few talented cricketers. They have the services of many players who have been playing for a number of years and their experience could come in handy in the upcoming fixture.
With many all-rounders available, the Barracudas is unlikely to have a problem of relying too much on a couple of bowlers, in case a bowler doesn't turn up with his performances. The all-rounders lend spectacular balance to their side, but the lack of specialist batsmen could hurt them in high-scoring contests.
Wicket-keeper batsmen Arun Natarajan is their key batsman and is expected to play a vital role along with Ayush Sharma for Barracudas to post an impressive batting performance. Phillip Butterill has been playing for the team since 2012 and his experience could come in handy, especially in crunch situations.
The likes of Ritesh Khanna and Ajay Mishra are their premier all-rounders and have the capability to hit the ball long and hard. Khanna, in particular, is known for his big-hitting ability and he could be difficult to stop for the hosts once he gets into his groove. On paper, they have a reasonably good set of bowlers, albeit without much experience. Ambar Kachale and Praveen Kumar Muthuswamy will shoulder the loads with ample assistance available from their other bowlers and all-rounders. All in all, the Barracudas are a good unit and capable of causing huge upsets, but lack of experience of playing highly-competitive cricket could prove to be a bottleneck for them.
Ritesh Khanna, Krishnamoorthy Velusami, Milan Varsadiya, Arun Natarajan, Uday Kumar, Sazzad Mahmood, Ayush Sharma, Joseph Foster, Philip Butterill, Anbu Poosakkannu, Rakesh Kumar.
Batting second has generally been the preferred choice of skippers in the shortest version of the game, but consdering that chasing became increasingly difficult in the last two weekends, we expect the captain winning the toss to bat first.

The weather has cleared up in the evening and batting has been easier. We are likely to see higher totals to be scored as compared to the earlier matches, largely due to the fact that the teams would have now acquainted with the surface and the format. The team batting first should be looking to put a total of 90 runs on the board.
Check out the Dream11 fantasy team prediction for the ECN Czech Super Series T10 Group 3 match between Prague Spartans Mobilizers and Budejovice Barracudas CC:
The battle between the two most low-profile teams of the competition can often be exciting. Both sides have their strengths and weaknesses and handling the pressure could be a key in this upcoming match. Considering that as well as the other factors mentioned above, Prague Spartans Mobilizers are better placed to emerge on top in this upcoming fixture.
