The cricket team of Ruby Trichy Warriors played their first match against Dindigul Dragons. They were successful in winning the game with a solid margin of 8 wickets. Their bowlers were in great form and were successful in restricting the Dragons to a smallish total of 144 for 8. Nidhish Rajagopal was in excellent form in the first match for Warriors. He scored 64 runs from 48 balls and helped the side in fetching an impressive victory. He is a consistent batsman and is likely to emerge as one of the leading batters in the competition. Another player that is crucial to the team is Adithya Ganesh. He has established his match-winning credentials with the small but useful inning of 37 he played in the last match for his side.
The leading bowlers for Ruby Trichy Warriors were Ajay Krishna, Saravana Kumar, M Poiyamozhi, Yazh Arun Mozhi, Anthony Dhas, and Rahil Shah. The most successful bowler for Ruby Trichy Warriors in the last match was Ajay Krishna. He got a couple of wickets from his four overs conceding just 9 runs in the process. Their bowling department is a lot stronger than other teams participating in the competition. The weather forecast for this game at Trunelvi is that of having great conditions for a game of cricket. There are practically no chances of any rain on the day of the match.
