WAC vs NSW Match Prediction - Mar 10, 2022

After a stop-start kind of tournament, we are finally down to the grand finale of the Marsh Cup 2021-22 and the two most deserving sides have made it to the top. Western Australia and New South Wales are both coming off some scintillating performance and will be itching to go and lift the title. The match between the two sides is to be played at Venue Oval, Melbourne on 11th March 2022.

WAC vs NSW Team Previews

Western Australia

Western Australia have undoubtedly been one of the best sides of the tournament, winning four out of their six matches and finishing at the top of the points table. Having said that, most of their matches were played way before the second leg started and they therefore do not have too many recent accolades to speak for themselves.

Recently though, they are coming off a massive win over Victoria and that bonus-point win actually propelled Western Australia to the top of the ladder, ahead of New South Wales Blues and Tasmanian Tigers.

For Western Australia, it has been the combination of their usual suspects who have done the most of the damage. Andrew Tye and Josh Phillipe have both been terrific and will hold the key for them in the upcoming match. If New South Wales are able to play to their potential, getting past them is going to be an incredibly difficult job.

WAC vs NSW Betting Tips

New South Wales Blues may have been placed at the second spot on the ladder at the end of the group stage, they have been as good, if not better than Western Australia in the recent matches that they have played. Having said that, discounting their very few wins, they have also been lucky to qualify for the finale.

Out of a total of six matches, New South Wales have four of their matches washed out. On paper, though, they have a decent side that can beat even the best on their day. Daniel Sams and Moises Henriques have been stand-out players for them and New South Wales Blues will need the likes of Daniel Sams and Moises Henriques to do well. If they can do well in the upcoming match, getting past them is going to be incredibly difficult.
