Gulf Giants have been brilliant with the bat in IL T20 2023. James Vince did not score too many runs in their previous outing but Chris Lynn, Shimron Hetmyer, and a couple of quick cameos down the order helped them chase down 196 to win.
Tom Banton, Rehan Ahmed (pinch hitter), and David Wiese all add a lot of depth to the team. This is a strong batting lineup in good form and also utilizing its resources very well. Most of the bowlers suffered a lot of punishment in their previous outing but that does not mean that Chris Jordan, Richard Gleeson, and David Wiese are bad bowlers.
The Gulf Giants are well-balanced and seem to have most bases covered.

Sharjah Warriors
Tom Kohler-Cadmore scored a brilliant century in the previous match for Sharjah Warriors and helped them to their first win of IL T20 2023. He was the only batter that managed to score some runs and that would be a bit of concern. Players like Dawid Malan, Rahmanullah Gurbaz, and Moeen Ali have not been in great form and so their batting is not very reliable.
Joe Denly, Mohammad Nabi, and Noor Ahmad all add depth to the batting lineup. On paper, this lineup should be performing than it has so far. It could pull off a surprise against the Gulf Giants.
Chris Woakes, Naveen-ul-Haq, and Junaid Siddique will lead the bowling attack for the Sharjah Warriors.
The core of the team is not bad at all and we think we could get some better performances from them going forward.
