Even though they lost a match against Pakistan Women, it was less because of skill and more because it was a superb performance by Pakistan Women. They would want to continue building on that and claim the title.
On paper, India have a side as good as any. With Harmantpreet Kaur back to lead the side, they have a settled middle-order with pretty much everything covered. They have aggressive opening pair with reliable batsmen to follow. On the bowling front as well, they have Deepti Sharma leading the pack, who is also at the top in wicket-takers charts this season. With other bowlers contributing fine, India seem to have all bases covered.
All in all, India not only have a strong side on paper, they also are coming into this match on the back of a superb string of wins. They defeated England Women 3-0 prior to Asia Cup and that speaks volumes about how capable they are. They would not want to be complacent here in the match that matters the most and if the can keep that in check, this match should be a walk in the park for them.

They have some very talented players and if they can do well here, Sri Lanka Women will be in business big time.
Sri Lanka Women finished in the middle of the points table, at the third spot with four wins to their name. Though they were good in the league stage, they will have to do a lot better against India Women here in this upcoming match. Given that they are coming off a close win over Pakistan Women in a match they were behind in, they should be brimming with confidence.
On paper, they have a decent side with talent available right through. However, they lack experienced options and to that can come back to bite them if things get tight. They will anyway have to play out of their skins to get past a potent Indian side. They have the necessary skills and if they can take care of the pressure, they should be in business.
