Simon Harmer was the wrecker-in-chief for the Titans picking up 7 wickets for 68 runs. He was helped by Lizaad Williams who picked up the remaining 3 wickets for 34 runs.

In their first innings, the Titans scored 449 runs thanks mainly to the efforts of Neil Brand and Theunis de Bruyn. Neil Brand scored 91 runs with 11 boundaries while de Bruyn hit a brilliant hundred from 94 balls with 14 fours and 2 sixes. The wicketkeeper-batsman for Titans was Heinrich Klaasen who scored 69 runs to contribute towards a big total. Dean Elgar also scored a fifty in the match. There were a couple of centurions in the Lions' first innings as well. But it was Simon Harmer again who was responsible to restrict their score. The Boland Rocks team management will be hoping against hope that the side will be able to show discipline in all the departments against Titans. As far as the batting department is concerned, the team will rely on the batters such as Janneman Malan, Stiaan van Zyl, Clyde Fortuin, and Pieter Malan to do the run-scoring for the team. In their last game, Janneman Malan managed to hit 74 runs from 204 balls with the help of one six and 3 fours. Apart from Malan the remaining batting order could not capitalize on the good starts they were making.
